Primary Health and Community Care​

This course equips students with the knowledge and skills required for physiotherapy services in primary health and community care settings operated by public or private sectors. Students will be prepared for their readiness in serving a wide variety of clientele of physical, mental, cognitive, socio-environmental, residential and vocational problems as a result of disease, or normal degenerative and ageing process.

Clinical Practicum IV​

Students will be exposed to physiotherapy care and management to clients/patients with neurological or multi-system disorders across lifespan.

Capstone Project

The capstone project provides students with opportunity to integrate knowledge and skills attained throughout the whole programme of study. Students will formulate some ideas of identifying a clinical question or topic of professional interests, and they will be guided to set up a plan and strategy for an attempt to answer the question(s) set for themselves, or to explore in their directions of interests for further elaboration. This project study will also enhance students’ global outlook, and leadership through teamwork.
